At Green World Innovations, we are not just there for you to provide outstanding, innovative and environmentally friendly cleaning and water solution products, we are also there for you throughout their lifecycle.

Our GreenFit Solutions team can provide you with the full end to end solution once you have made your decision. From delivery, installation, demonstrations, training and maintenance all the way through to servicing and repairs as well as 24/7 support. Whether you install the Tersano lotus PRO or purchase a product/s from the innovative i-Range, we are there every step of the way.

The GreenFit Solutions team are made up of 15 expert, qualified engineers who operate nationwide, we can meet all of your service and maintenance needs.

What work can our GreenFit Solution team carry out?

Our GreenFit Solutions team are fast, flexible and can carry out any of the following work:

  • Installation of your product/s
  • Training for you or your staff on how to get the best from your equipment
  • Regular servicing and maintenance – at a frequency and cost (when outside the guarantee) to be agreed with you
  • Preventative maintenance – to ensure your machines are operating at their optimum level, and to reduce the possibility of breakdown or failure
  • Repairs
  • Urgent priority repairs – for when a speedy priority response is vital
  • Maintenance under your guarantee
  • Replacement if a repair isn’t possible

Our team of service engineers are highly qualified, personable and professional. They have in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the products we supply and a strong appreciation of the differing demands different environments can bring.

Our engineers are used to working in everything from private homes, to large companies, educational establishments, local authorities and even secure environments like the Ministry of Defence. In addition to carrying out servicing and repair on our own products, our engineers also work on installations and servicing for a whole host of household names to cite Brita and Homebase as just two.

By using our engineers you can be assured that they will be experts on the products that you are using. Because they work principally on our products in the vast majority of cases they will have all the equipment and spare parts to repair your product as speedily as possible. In the unlikely event that they do not have the spare part any requests from our GreenFit Solutions team will be treated as an absolute priority.

Our engineers carry out work 6am-6pm Monday to Saturday and are contactable 24/7 in the event of an emergency. There are no call out charges and our service level agreement is that we will have an engineer on site within 48 hours of you making contact.
