After Care

Once you have purchased a product from Green World Innovations, whether that be a Tersano lotus PRO, one of the i-Range or another of our products you will want it to continue to operate at its very best for as long as is possible.

Through the GreenFit Solutions team of 15 expert, qualified engineers, who operate nationwide, we can meet all of your service and maintenance needs.

What work can our GreenFit Solution team carry out?

Our GreenFit Solutions team are fast, flexible and can carry out any of the following work:

  • Regular servicing and maintenance
  • Preventative maintenance – so your machine runs at optimum levels and to reduce the possibility of breakdown or failure
  • Repairs
  • Urgent priority repairs – for when a speedy priority response is vital
  • Maintenance under your guarantee
  • Replacement where it is not possible to carry out a repair

Should you have a requirement that is not on this list, please do not be put off, we pride ourselves on being able to respond to a challenge.

Our engineers carry out work 6am-6pm Monday to Saturday and are contactable 24/7 in the event of an emergency. There are no call out charges and our service level agreement is that we will have an engineer on site within 48 hours of you making contact.

Our central support desk team are also on hand at the end of the phone should you have any questions about your purchase.
