Regional Sales Manager


Job Summary

Please see the information listed below which outlines the requirements of a Regional Sales Manager these are standard procedures carried out on a day today basis across all sales environments. It is part of any Sales role to be responsible for the following instructions. These guidelines are put in place to help you and should be looked upon as part of your daily planning and business routine.

  • Generate and qualify leads which will include hot & cold calling
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Schedule sales and training activity with a biased towards sales
  • Maintain a customer database
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities e.g. Product Demonstrations
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate with clients
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Prepare and present sales contracts
  • Achieve set targets on a monthly basis
  • Some training demonstration required

Responsibilities and Duties

Product & New Business Targets

New Products

Each month you will be set a realistic and achievable target on each of the main products supplied by Green World.

Each product sold and supplied by Green World will carry a commission once the customer has paid their invoice.

New Business Targets

A new business target will be set again on a monthly basis this will be a across all sectors including small, medium and national service providers. This will help you focus on what products and what sectors your strengths are more suited to.

  • Salary: Negotiable

Sales Administrator


Job Summary

  • Maintain individual database and integrity of data
  • Process new sales orders
  • Coordinate installations, training and presentations
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering stock and stock tracking
  • Liasing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Signing off invoices
  • Sales reporting
  • Admin reports
  • Generate new business sales
  • Participate in other phone campaigns
  • Profile raw data to create future opportunities
  • Keep focused on client’s services, products and target markets
  • Undertake ongoing training to develop skills and expertise
  • General ad-hoc duties for senior management

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential:

Benefits

Package:

  • Hours: Monday – Friday Maximum 39 hours per week

Monday- Thursday 08.30am-05.00pm and Friday 08.30am-4.00pm

  • Salary: £ 8.25ph
  • Holidays: 28 days per annum (pro-rata)
  • Bank holidays – Full Pay (England)

Telesales Operative

Job Summary

An experienced telesales professional with a solid track record within outbound business to business telesales & to generate new leads. Possessing a strong commercial acumen and having a proven track record in closing deals over the telephone. Having an in depth understanding of the importance of customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Make outbound calls to prospective new customers
  • Work to daily/weekly targets, to achieve required targets
  • Making outbound business to business calls
  • Booking meetings and demonstrations for the field sales team
  • Sourcing leads from the internet and email campaigns
  • Assisting with marketing activities
  • Sales planning activities
  • Maintaining and updating customer database
  • Managing on-line partner leads generation
