As part of the GreenFit Solutions service, our expert team provide property management, nationwide, to landlords of all shapes and sizes. Whether you are a working landlord, DIY landlord or a landlord with a portfolio of properties, we can help ensure the smooth running of your properties, making them more profitable for you and less time-consuming.

We’ve been working with landlords, local councils and property managers for almost 10 years. We understand and can identify the common problems faced when you have tenants in you properties and can help you make the right steps to avoid them.

No call out fees

Our team of professional, reliable engineers carry out work across the country 6am-6pm, Monday to Saturday and are contactable 24/7 in the event of an emergency. We don’t charge call out fees, and our service level agreement promises that we will have an engineer on site within 48 hours of you making initial contact with our centrally managed support team.

Ongoing Maintenance

The GreenFit Team are professional and reliable, they can get your pre-tenancy property up to scratch to meet regulations and/or maintain the property through planned maintenance throughout and post your tenancy agreement.

They work in a vast range of environments from private homes and blocks of flats, to large companies, educational establishments, local authorities and even secure environments like the Ministry of Defence.

We place a great emphasis on our green credentials from planning the most efficient routes, recycling waste materials and taking into consideration the environment and planet in everything we do.

We regularly survey our landlords and their tenants to ensure that we match up to our own very exacting standards of customer service.

  • A pre and post installation call is made from our call centre
  • We conduct random audits within 24 hours of installation
  • All work is planned & scheduled
  • All work is signed off on site
  • Reports are produced to monitor and manage workflows
  • All work is managed via Green World Innovations purpose built IT system

Offering flexible leasing options for your business

Green World Innovations, in association with Shire Leasing PLC, are offering leasing options on all of our products.

Leasing is a flexible payment option that comes with many benefits:

No major upfront costs – Don’t let a purchasing budget hold you back. Leasing removes the need for significant outlay, allowing you to put your cash to better use.

Pay as you earn – Get use of the equipment immediately, without having to find the full sum up front. Only the first rental is normally required to begin the agreement and it is usually taken by Direct Debit.

Fixed payments - Lease rental payments are fixed, which makes budgeting and forecasting easier.

Protect existing lines of credit - Leasing protects your existing lines of credit such as bank loans and overdrafts.
